IndianCulture

The magazine

Articles

The magazine. Dated, reported, and distinct from the evergreen pages that explain a festival or a temple.

1 article

IndianCulture is a publication with two speeds.

The section pages — festivals, traditions, sacred India, food — are the encyclopedia. They explain a thing so it stays true next year. An article is different. It is dated. It has a reported argument. It can be about a city, a labour market, a season, or a question that is only interesting now.

This index is newest first. The piece marked featured is the one on the homepage.

Questions people ask

How are articles different from the rest of the site?

Pages under /festivals, /traditions, /sacred-india and the other sections are evergreen explainers, updated in place. Articles at /articles are dated features — reported, attributed, and listed newest-first. They can be featured on the homepage.

Do articles replace the festival and temple pages?

No. Those pages stay the reference. Articles are the living magazine on top of them.
