Do I need to fly to India to sell a property?
Often not, but the alternative is a properly drawn power of attorney, and the requirements for one executed abroad are specific — attestation, and in some cases registration in India. This is exactly the point at which you need a property lawyer rather than a web page, and it is what these introductions are for.
Can you help outside Delhi NCR?
